We had to return the first one, but that may have been my error. Plugged in to play is a no-no.First one was basic. The second one one came with USB and card, but no volume control. We use this for our dvd (not blue ray) collection. As long as the battery charge time is planned, there is no issue. For the price, I was not expecting the moon, and I read the reviews carefully. I am exceedingly happy with it - the ear phones didn't fit at the connection, but I was going to use my own anyway. The picture and sound are good, and i can watch a complete movie, and then I recharge it, so it never goes completely zero. Neat and clean, portable and exactly what I was looking for.

This was a Christmas gift. The first player did not work at all, would not even turn on. However it was easy to return and another was shipped the next day. This player worked great and my son was happy to have his new one. The player has a great picture and is easy to use. The headphones are nice. The bag to hold the player is nice, but lacks space to hold the headphones and movies to take with you. But overall we are happy.

I really like and enjoy the DVD Player part of this package very much as it seems to work just fine and very well, but after only four months just the left side on the headphones is working. When I called Ematic about this problem I was informed I would have to pay $20 for another pair. I bought this for my daughter who will be taking a road trip soon. She loves it. However, I noticed the cord seems to overheat. I don't feel comfortable leaving it plugged in very long to charge. Has anyone else had this issue? Also, although the carrying case is nice and matches the DVD player and headphones, the case doesn't comfortably fit the headphones AND the DVD player together, which is kind of the point of having a carrying case. My daughter loves it. We take it camping since some places there is no wifi (for her iPad). The screen was clearer then I thought it was going to be and seems to hold the charge long. So far so good. The only disappointment was the fact that the earphones didn't fit in her bag with the DVD player. The earphones are a perfect fit also.

It did the job! Yes, it is "cheaply" made, but it works well, it is easy to transport, it comes with everything I needed except the movies. The charger has a removable USB cord you can plug into any USB car charger of buying separate car chargers. The down side was that the DVD player plug-end is the old android end that tends to break easily if not cared for properly. Thankfully my kids understand that poor use means no more DVDs in the car. Great player and excellent screen resolution. One drawback though, no battery indicator to let me know how much battery is left. We will be using this in the car and will probably purchase a car adapter so that the battery mystery is not an issue. Easy to use and great size for my 4 and 6 year olds. The headphones aren't great so we will use them as a backup pair.

I got this to get on the treadmill with because there's only so many good movies on HBO GO and Best Buy prime video. I got the cute red player. The resolution is good and the sound is good also but you will need a decent pair of headphones because the ones supplied are literal throw-aways. They sound great with a pair of Bose. I will probably get one for my mom for Christmas because she watches her religious dvd's on them.
