This was a Christmas gift. The first player did not work at all, would not even turn on. However it was easy to return and another was shipped the next day. This player worked great and my son was happy to have his new one. The player has a great picture and is easy to use. The headphones are nice. The bag to hold the player is nice, but lacks space to hold the headphones and movies to take with you. But overall we are happy.
