This was the second study 3 I ordered. None worked. Both stopped in the same place halfway through the install process. Bluetooth does not work. I researched this and found that the company acknowledges that they have an issue with this. support does not exist. They just apologize for the inconvenience and say they will contact me in 3-4 days. Of course nobody ever comes back to me. My friend has Explore 2 and it works great. I think the company launched the product before it was ready. I will probably order the older model.
