Best used as a boat anchor.

This was the second study 3 I ordered. None worked. Both stopped in the same place halfway through the install process. Bluetooth does not work. I researched this and found that the company acknowledges that they have an issue with this. support does not exist. They just apologize for the inconvenience and say they will contact me in 3-4 days. Of course nobody ever comes back to me. My friend has Explore 2 and it works great. I think the company launched the product before it was ready. I willโ€ฆ

Had to leave 12 " vinyl to cut...

I have 2 other cricket looms and was so glad to get this one as I no longer needed to use the mat...I've wanted this for a while. so that I can reduce longer projects. I got it in the mail and found that you need 13" "smart" vinyl to use this feature (I can't use any of the 12" vinyls that I buy in bulk). Unfortunately, the cost of Cricut "Smart Vinyl" is not that high. It's too expensive, especially if you're doing projects in bulk... By bringing this back in the hopes that Cricut will go toโ€ฆ

Easy, even for the ignorant!

Bought a few days ago and still love it! I bought it mainly to make labels and stuff for my class. The only snag I had was that I bought the vinyl for the Target Explore Air 2 and tried using it with the car, but it was clearly too short. It's also not the smart vinyl you need to cut without a backing. Make sure you buy the correct vinyl as this machine is set to 13 inches! I highly recommend Explore 3 - I'm not tricky at all, but I find it easy to use and even fun! Some reviews say theโ€ฆ

Malfunction! Pretty mad!

I was so excited about buying the car. Plugged it in and gave it a test run, all was going well until I tried using it over Bluetooth. The device was not found. I contacted the help chat on the Cricut website, for several hours we tried different methods only to be told that there is nothing we can do. Just use the cable, we will contact you. I said I would like a replacement and was told no to wait and see if it could be fixed with no time frame. I'm really angry! I was also told "This is aโ€ฆ

Will not cut through cardboard.

I bought this machine to cut paper and cardboard letters for my bulletin boards. I haven't had much success with the original blade so far. I bought a deep cutting blade and it worked better, but I didn't need to buy this blade as the original blade was meant to cut paper. Now I've found that my original blade doesn't cut the vinyl completely (the font is very small so I'm wondering if it has something to do with it). I bought a new thin blade and will see if that is the problem. I don't thinkโ€ฆ
