I have 2 other cricket looms and was so glad to get this one as I no longer needed to use the mat...I've wanted this for a while. so that I can reduce longer projects. I got it in the mail and found that you need 13" "smart" vinyl to use this feature (I can't use any of the 12" vinyls that I buy in bulk). Unfortunately, the cost of Cricut "Smart Vinyl" is not that high. It's too expensive, especially if you're doing projects in bulk... By bringing this back in the hopes that Cricut will go to one supplier or another, there will be an affordable vinyl compatible with this machine.
