Well, it's cute, but it's round, very small, and very light.
For an apartment, this may be suitable for a very short person wearing very thin and light clothing. The photo shows a square laundry basket, but this basket is round and very small. The wheels are small and plastic, and if you need to move from a hard floor to a rug or even thick rug, it won't roll without tipping over. The design doesn't allow you to carry a laundry basket without falling apart. For all hard floors in a small apartment with small people wearing small light clothes this might be ok.
