I used this as a paper towel holder.Super cute, cast iron so heavy! But love it! not as much detail on the rump of the giraffe as i would have hoped but you don't really see it anyways. Only complaint is that when you get to the end of the roll on the paper towel the last piece swings off and isn't help against it all that well but if that wont bother you then its great!

We are very pleased with our giraffe!:). He is cute and unique as well as very useful. We keep him on our bathroom counter, and use him to hold our hair elastics (twisties). He works so well for our twisties, we like using him for twisties better then toilet paper because we can see him better. Plus the twisties look so cute on him!:) He does work for toilet paper though. One suggestion is: if you put him on your bathroom counter or near an area with water you will want to put some kind of seal

I bought this to hold toilet paper in our tiny (very tiny) guest bath. There was no good place to stick something on the wall, so I bought this giraffe to hold the toilet paper.Useful. Charming. Kitschy. I find it hilarious, and I hope our guests will too. It matches everything weirdly well.One downside: maybe if you really yanked, the giraffe would fall over. Plan on holding the head while you pull if you plan to use this as a paper towel dispenser.

I like it but was disappointed it is two pieces, not one as the picture seems to indicate. The neck screws onto the body just above the front shoulders. Not visible when a roll of paper is on it, but makes it look cheap when empty. Perfect color for my decor. A partial refund was issued along with a lame excuse for the picture not being accurate. The picture should be changed.

I love giraffes, but I have a very clean decorating aesthetic and generally don't have a lot of very quirky things in my home. This is a perfect exception. The color is superb for my bathroom and it looks classy without trying too hard. It easily fits two rolls of toilet paper with the giraffe's head still unobscured. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and every time I see it in the bathroom, I feel happy all over again.

Love love love this product's cuteness and sturdiness. However, I forgot about function when bringing my two loves together (giraffes and the color turquoise). Everyone adores and comments on my unique paper towel holder. However, there is NO lever, or clip or extra appendage to keep the paper towels from unrolling (keep them in place). The only reason I couldn't give this five stars is because there is no clip or anything preventing paper towels from spiraling down and covering the base. My sister ended up using this to store extra toilet paper rolls and is still very happy with her gift. We were just bummed this couldn't be displayed in the kitchen where more people could enjoy it.

Quality product. Not a lot of detail work since it’s metal but pretty and useful. Used for TP; wouldn’t use it for paper towels cus you will need a way to prevent roll from unraveling and need something to tear it off against.

This is adorable and fun! I am using it as a toilet paper holder and I wanted something different and fun - it definitely fit the bill! It holds 2 rolls comfortably and you can still see the giraffe’s head and it is heavy enough that it is stable and won’t fall over easily. As a paper towel holder, you would be able to see more of his body. I love this and am thrilled with the purchase!

Extremely cute. Great to hold toilet paper but not paper towels. The paper towels will unravel bc there isn’t anything to hold it in. But for toilet paper it works great

This item works very well for the hand towel you do not have to hold on to the top of the head to rip paper off. Item is sturdy and does not topple over when you pull the paper off.

This giraffe is darling and heavy so that I don't think it would be tippy. I didn't keep it because it was cracked. But I think the quality and price is great. I could have used it with the crack but was afraid it would get worse. It was probably an unusual circumstance that it got damaged, but since I wasn't able to get another one in time to gift it, I just returned. I ordered the blue one that kind of has the look of tarnished copper.
