New review May 9, 2020 You know when you read all the reviews and see the negatives next to the positives and you like it eh let me try and see which ones Side of the fence I land on? Yes. Be careful because this is one of those things you don't want to play with. How you interact with hard drives and what you use your hard drives for will vary. Some people might use it for extra storage, others might use it for reminders like photos, work, and anything else you don't want to lose. I lost everything on my 8TB, 6TB and 3TB. He has asked me to reformat it several times and I give up. I'll look into another device as I've used 5 different hard drives in total and the result is the same. I even bought a small desktop fan because the drives felt like they were heating up, it was definitely cooling them down, but no. despite the fact that it happened in the middle of the transmission. If I can get drives to recognize speeds, they don't exist. It worked like a champ for the first few weeks and then it took a massive dump on all my hard drives. Please see photos for confirmation. I promise you I'm not a hater or a negative Nancy, I'm just presenting the facts based on my experience. I'm not saying the other reviews are wrong, but maybe they don't use it as much as I do. I'm always on my computer working with files, so maybe I used it more than anyone else. The features look amazing, it's everything you want except for the quality. This is perhaps a two-part review later. First let me say that Revain is amazing! I ordered this Wednesday and received it on Friday (a day early). Thanks very much! Second, he works like a champ! At the moment I have no complaints and as long as we talk everything works. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Conveniently plug and play. I haven't used the clone feature yet, but that seems easy enough. They have rich designs and features and I love the fact that they are a one stop shop for storage, storage, charging and all in one. You need look no further than here! I've seen some bad reviews due to issues with the device opening. I hope I don't have a defective one because I still like it! The only downside I have at the moment, and that's just my nitpicking, I wish the cable was a bit longer. I have a computer desk and the DC cord is a bit tight, I had to move everything around. Otherwise 5 stars!
