Assembly was an absolute agony. There are 3 types of screws in the manual, they only sent me 2 different types, so I had to use long ones instead of medium ones , which got messed up a bit. in the chair, don't know what hits it, i don't feel it either, still annoying. For what I paid it's not terrible. The back padding is uncomfortable, although adjustable. The chair helps keep my back straight and it sits high enough above my desk so my wrists don't have to be at an awkward angle, which is a big plus.
