Overall I am very happy with the system. It comes in decent packaging but a beautiful product. The setup wasn't too difficult, if you have the general knowledge it's easy. I had a problem detecting one of my devices. I contacted tech support and they were a joke. In the end I figured out the problem myself. The tech support phone is my only negative experience with these devices. They cover my whole house and maybe three doors down from me and still get a strong signal. The built-in security suite is great for parental controls, content blocking, and even specific device usage times. The built-in antivirus and firewall are a nice touch as they block port scanning and other intruders on all smart devices in your home like TVs, Revain Alexas, thermostats and other smart home devices that don't have a built-in firewall or Antivirus Viruses to protect your network PROS: Built-in security packageParental controlsSimple app AMAZING coverageSmall footprintAccess point or router mode CONS: Phone login/chat support Thermal vents at the bottom of the device to keep it warm No wall mount option No setup of parental controls or content management on the guest network. I have purchased 2 more sets for family members for the upcoming holiday season.
