Review on 🐾 Pets' Haven - All-in-One Bed with Integrated Storage Drawer for Cats and Dogs by Natasha Weston

First of all I would like to preface this review with the fact that I have successfully assembled my part of the furniture and in general I feel quite comfortable. incredibly bad quality. The packaging looked like the shipping had been rough as not only was there a complete mess with all the damaged styrofoam (as pictured) but there was also damage to the product itself. This in itself wasn't a major issue although my dog did notice it A worn piece of furniture would do just fine, there were no instructions on how to assemble this piece! Once again, for a large item that was giving me a headache from vacuuming, I decided to contact the manufacturer on Amazon for an online brochure. A few days have passed and there is no response from the manufacturer. I was finally able to find the PDF for the bed through Home Depot, and besides, this article was giving me a headache. The pre-drilled holes are clearly not the right depth as my product (pictured) does not fit properly. I will be requesting a full refund from Amazon and am really disappointed as I love the design of the onboard storage for my dog's toys. No customer service. Bad quality and bad packaging.
