Well, when filling, 2 limbs jumped out and we walked very slowly and it wasn't full! The head and body fit perfectly and we made them first. So not sure what happened. It sucks because tomorrow is my twins second birthday. And we are so restricted due to the Covid lockdown. I really wanted this to make up for the lack of a party. I want the company to replace this! I hope it was just a bad batch. It burst like a normal balloon. In fact, I've never seen foil balloons pop. It was easy to fill, we bought a helium balloon "Balloon Time" from BJ's Club. I don't know what the other reviewers were saying.
