I liked the laptop so much I didn't return it for a second try. But I thought I'd share some of the concerns with others. One really annoying thing is that the keyboard is very difficult to read - impossible at times - so I always have to pick it up and place the keys in different lighting to see them. I think it's time to get better as a typist or make a lot of mistakes. Another thing is that this Inspiron has removed the left USB port, which is fine if you only need one at a time. I've always used two together and now I need to reconfigure the way I do it. It's bad when improvements go backwards. To make matters worse, Dell removed the SD slot, requiring me to use a USB slot to read the SD card that stores photos from my camera. My previous Inspiron had two USB 3 readers and one SD card reader. I really miss her but unfortunately my previous model died.
