The first mistake I made was to follow their instructions, or at least those that were online. Instead, I called tech support. I connected the RBR20 WAN to antenna, LAN to computer, logged into Orbilogin.com, skipped satellite setup and followed the wizard on each screen. You cannot proceed any further, including accessing the Internet, until you have completed each step, including registration. Once you do that, it finds the internet and goes to the Orbi online install page to set up the satellites. The engineers did a good job. The people selling it and writing instructions should find another job!
