I like that there are large and small jars in this set. The plastic lids fit well. Each lid has a rubber gasket that wraps around the entire lid and the extended plastic teeth on the corners ensure they don't leak, so food doesn't dry out as quickly, especially when frozen. These "teeth" are likely to give the eyelids more structure, so they should last longer. Each container has a microwave opening with a lid to keep it closed. There were no instructions for these containers. Usually "they say" not to heat the plastic lid in the microwave or wash it in the dishwasher. I intend to hand wash all parts to avoid scratching them with dish soap.
