I like that it's easy enough for someone who is familiar with basic computer functionality, but also has all the features necessary to use advanced functions. Also, they have so many different options to customize how you want things set up that there are usually no problems. They do not currently offer support in Spanish language, therefore if you need help or just don't understand what you're reading, then this may be an issue. We've been able to streamline our workflows as well as improve communication between employees on the other side of the world and even across time zones.
