I didn't want to spend a lot of money to have my hands free from time to time without using the speakerphone at work. That's great. I connect it to the socket where the hose is usually connected. (It's a minor inconvenience, but it's the only way I can use it with my particular Avia phone.) I use one of three earbuds (each a different size to choose from) instead of a headband. Each approach is very comfortable and stays in place. My colleagues tell me that the sound quality of my voice is very good and the sound quality of my ear is also good.
