after first use under water it leaked salt water and started to rust

after it's first use the sealed lights took in water and started to rust, again this is after it's first use, purchased the lights because they mention it's life time warranty for leakage trying to have them replaced no way of contacting the seller to request a replacement, do not throw away your money

Water in one of them after first trip out with them

I was cleaning the boat up after our first trip out since installing these and noticed something inside. During our 2 hour cruise, one of the lights managed to fill halfway up with water. It will not drain out, just stuck inside. I cant believe I drilled into my transom for this garbage! Buyer beware*UPDATE* The seller reached out and asked how to resolve, I asked for a replacement, and have been ignored since.

Awesome spreader lights for 43' sailboat

I've tried 4 other "marine" spreader lights and they all leaked/broke after 4 months. So far, 1 month, these are awesome . so much brighter than other lights I've tried and should not leak (since they are made for under the water and I installed them 25 feet above the waterline). Will give an update after more time goes by.

Great for the money, not very bright under water.

The lights are super easy to install, the construction seems to be waterproof. The stainless steel cover also seems to be good quality. I’ve had them installed for a few weeks now and have had no problems. Only complaint would be that they are not very bright under the water, don’t expect them to light up a swim area, they are visible, but not very effective if that’s what you are looking for. Overall for the money I’d say they are a nice little accessory gimmick for the boat.

They work great! in my review

I used these lights underwater in the pool. They light up the entire pool at night. Just 4 of them. Have them wired to an auto battery that charges during the day with a solar panel and with a photocell that automatically turns them on and off. LOve em

Durable and very bright

Excellent so far ! I’m a marine technician and I installed these on my personal boat . I used two across the back and it’s plenty bright .Low amp draw too so it’s not necessary to use a relay .

Will give 5 stars if it last more than 10 trips out on the water but so far love it! The BASIKER BS3 may be difficult to replace or repair if damaged.

3 sets of this crap and all 3 malfunctioned within a week. Don’t waste your time with this light. Not water resistant at all.

Super bright and easy to install

I love these lights on my pontoon boat. I put extra marine silicone around the wires and I've been on the water a handful of times with no issues. Stop wondering and buy these.

Great buy! good for me

Worked perfectly out of the box! Only thing I'd change is the screws. They're not that good. Easily stripped out one when installing. Removed the screw and used heavier stainless screws.

Great Lights on my review.

I installed these lights underneath the rear of my pontoon. They were easy to install and they are very bright. I plan to order some more to put under the front of the boat

LED lights causing radio interference. Is there a fix.

These lights interfere with the radio reception on the boat. My research indicates that there has been a problem with certain LED lighting installed on boats and in homes.

Manufacturers defect

Installed the lights in May 2022. By August 2022 one of the three lights is no longer working. The light has filled with water, and has shorted out and corroding. The boat is kept at an in and out storage unit so it really doesn’t spent a lot of time actually in the water. The boat is thoroughly cleaned every time it’s pulled out. Not happy. The lights are very difficult to install as is.

Very bright in the dark

Fitted these to my jetski for night fishing, hopefully get some bait fish so I can target kingfish. Hopefully they last long.

First set had two individual led lights not lighting up. Company immediately sent a replacement. Have not water tested these yet. But very satisfied so far.

Amazing product good for me

I bought these for fishing I was a little skeptical but I've been wanting lights for the back of my boat for a while now I decided to bite the bullet and try them best thing I ever did I can see the fish on the line 12 feet away from my boat reeling the fish in at night buy these you will be very happy
