easy to install and works like a dream and saved me $$$ too

I have a 2009 Ford F-. 150 that the driver's side window just rolls up and you have to grab it and pull it. I spoke to the store and they said it would cost $200-$300 to replace this. When I found this I was worried about doing it myself, I mean this part looks intimidating to install lol. But I bought some YouTube videos and watched how to change it. My wife usually drives a truck and as soon as it arrived she said let's put it on. So after that, she and I got up and started to work. The exchange took us about an hour. To be honest, removing the door panel took longer than removing the old one and installing the new one. It works like a dream, I highly recommend this product. The basic tools were all I needed which was a set of metric sockets and a pair of flat head screwdrivers. To remove the door panel you will need to use a pry tool to gain access to some screws, but this was easy enough with two screwdrivers.

Pros
  • Easy install - redesigned to match original equipment shape and dimensions to provide a straight and seamless fit
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
