Review on KPKitchen Set of Silicone Baking Mats by John Shitifano

Bought this set to have different sizes for use in the kitchen. I enjoy them all. I often bake sweet potatoes in the oven and always use parchment paper or foil. I now use one of my silicone baking mats. While this is a bit more cumbersome than simply throwing away the parchment paper, it is much more environmentally friendly. Carpets are very easy to care for. Food slides off instantly or is easily wiped off. I like having a mat the size of most of my pots. Excellent price. Didn't appreciate durability as I've only had it for a month. Let's see how they hold up. So far they are great!
