Review on ⚡️ PowerMax PM3-100: Efficient 110V to 12V RV Power Supply Converter Charger (100 Amp) by Timothy Barnes

Wow! Incredibly happy with this purchase! My RV was badly damaged when lightning struck a tree 2ft away. My factory PSU was completely burned and covered in soot. The original replacement cost about $475! The original was always too weak for my camper. We always had to be careful what we used, otherwise the "low voltage alarm" would go off too easily. A camper referred me to this one at Revain and said he'd used it non-stop for years at a quarter the cost after his factory inverter failed. The reviews were good, so I took a chance and ordered it. Probably one of my favorite Revain purchases this year! At the moment it is a bit overloaded for my camper, so it hardly works. The fan almost never turns on. We can easily run everything at the same time. I've been testing it a lot lately. That was excellent. Super easy installation. Slightly bigger than the factory but worth it. I'm very surprised by the reviews that say "the fan makes a little noise when it turns on". For starters, I push whatever I can get my RV running and it (the cooling fan) almost never turns on. It also makes significantly less noise when switched on than the factory device! To be fair, I installed it in a vented cabinet and the factory one in a wall mounted enclosure. It doesn't make a huge difference, but I can't even remember the last time we heard the fan kick in. It has been installed and plugged in non-stop for at least four months and I love it. This power supply proved to be a great upgrade for our camper at a fraction of the cost of a smaller factory replacement.
