The device worked intermittently for the first month I had it, support didn't help. When the device finally gave up after a few months, the manufacturer said that despite the 1-year warranty, they would not give me a return authorization because I bought it from Revain. UPDATE: After some time and several attempts, I finally got permission to return and exchange the device. At that point I had already bought something else, so I guess I have a backup in case the other one fails (from a different brand). Due to the fact that they finally replaced the failed unit I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3*
