I liked how it looks and feels on my back when lightly loaded. However, once you fill it up, you should take a few Advil or Tylenol pills to get rid of neck, shoulder, and back pain. It's well designed to be portable, but so big that it's tempting to fill it to the brim. This is when you start stooping as you walk towards the plane or struggle to get into the trunk of your car. After all, the large capacity only works if you divide the three inner pockets into overhead compartments.
