The 3½ Paring Knife Blue Handle is an excellent addition to any Home and Kitchen .According to my EXPERIENCE, the knife is incredibly sharp and perfect for precise jobs like peeling fruits and vegetables. The blue handle is comfortable to hold and adds a pop of color to my kitchen. However, the blade is a bit short making it difficult to slice larger items like bread or meat.
