True to size for plus size, excellent value for the money! I got this dress because I love dresses, and skulls and I find that a more retro style dress is flattering for plus sizes.I honestly did not hold high hopes it would actually fit, but it did! I often run into dresses and other plus size garments from brands on on Walmart that say plus size but that are not actual true to size plus size this one is. I have also ordered 3 other dresses from this brand since this first one was such a good fit.Zip closure in the back. It does come with a satin sash that you can tie in a bow around your waist, I skip it as for me personally it doesn't flatter my body shape when I use it. I looked through the brands size chart and ordered a 3X based on measurements. And it fits just as expected. My measurements are 46/50/50 (I am a 46FF UK/$6H US wide set chest). I have plenty of room in the chest without feeling squished and the dress is comfortable enough for all day wear! It is sleeveless so it pairs well wit cardigans and boleros too.I have many designer pinup or 1950's styles dresses and skirts that were more than triple the cost of this one. The material/fabric is very similar, and the overall quality is very similar as well. Making this dress an excellent value for the money. I did not need an underskirt with this one, it was just a flowy as I needed it to be without adding an underskirt.I am short, I am only 5 foot 2 so dresses do stop much lower on me rather than a tea length like they would on anyone taller. Even with a 2.5 inch heel on my shoes this does fall a little lower than mid-calf on me. Highly recommend for anyone plus size who likes dresses. It is very comfortable, check the brands size chart for a good fit. The dress does have some give to it, but not enough that I would suggest sizing down if you are in between sizes.Tip: To get wrinkles out from shipping hang the dress in your bathroom and run the shower on hot until the bathroom get's steamy. This will loosen the wrinkles out if you do not have a garment steamer.
