I needed another cooler while my Enermax AIO is on the way to RMA and hopefully will be replaced. I picked it because reviews (outside of Revain) said it gets the job despite being an air cooler. I also have other Nactua fans in this setup and other devices around the house. In general they work very well. Well they were right. I get lower temperatures with this air cooler than ever before with the enermax liquid AIO. Of course, the Enermax was clearly defective (thanks for not emailing me Enermax), and the manufacturer replaced it for anyone who opened the case (details on Reddit). But even when the AIO was brand new I never went below 32C. With this air cooler I get 29 at idle and it's very quiet. I put some load on and even then it never went above 43C. The ambient temperature in the room is around 73-74 but overall I see a very significant difference in cooling efficiency. It only works with the included fan. This cooler can be configured in push/pull mode to improve performance, but at the moment I don't think it's necessary. So it is very likely that even if I get a replacement AIO from enermax I will continue to use this air cooler. It's very good, works very well, easy to install, the price is good and Nactua will also put an elegant plaque on the case. I highly recommend it if you are using AMD 1900x.
