The best part of this software is its ability to be used by multiple people at once, which makes it very easy to use. It's also very user friendly, so anyone can use it. I dislike how you have to pay extra for some features. For example, if you want to send an email alert when someone checks out or doesn't check in, you have to pay extra. This could be something that is free with other programs. I highly recommend using this software. It has made our lives easier since we no longer need to wait for guests to check in themselves. We now have more time to help guests with their bags and answer any questions they may have.
