Highly recommended platform when creating online communities

The best thing about this software is that it allows me to create my own forums with a lot of features. It's very easy to use for beginners and also has many options if you are familiar with using other types of forums. I can't say anything specific because it's such an excellent product and I'm sure there are no problems at all. This is one of the best programs on the market. If you want to start your own forum, then definitely check out FastComments. Creating forums have never been so easy…

Helps with customer feedback & new ideas

I like that it allows for multiple users to comment on one post. It's easy to use and has many features that are helpful when posting comments. I dislike having to login in order to comment. If you don't have an account, you can only see the posts from people who do. This isn't always ideal because sometimes my co-workers want to comment but they aren't logged into their accounts and thus can't comment. Overall, I recommend using this tool! I like that it's easy to use for our clients because of its simplicity (it has all the features we need). It also helps us keep track as well since everything goes into one dashboard instead of having multiple dashboards with different platforms!
