I like that it's easy to use for our clients because of its simplicity (it has all the features we need).
It also helps us keep track as well since everything goes into one dashboard instead of having multiple dashboards with different platforms! There really isn't anything bad about this product at least not from my experience using so far but if you have any questions feel free reach out via email or through their website itself; they are always willing/wanting help especially when there was no response after contacting them several times by phone. We can easily access comments posted anywhere across social media sites which include Facebook posts etc., making communication easier between client personnel such as managers who may be working remotely due too COVID-19 concerns along other reasons possible while still being able view those same reports without needing an actual physical presence where everyone could interact.
