Review on FastComments by Michael Finnegan

I like that it allows for multiple users to comment on one post. It's easy to use and has many features that are helpful when posting comments. I dislike having to login in order to comment. If you don't have an account, you can only see the posts from people who do. This isn't always ideal because sometimes my co-workers want to comment but they aren't logged into their accounts and thus can't comment. Overall, I recommend using this tool! It helps us keep track of what our customers are saying about our products.
