My son has ADHD and always needs some exercise. There were many different textures in the box so he always felt something new. Most toys are very quiet so they don't disturb other students. Obviously cheaply made but with all these items for a child it's worth it. I try to take his mind off the screen during recess in the hopes that this will entertain him enough and allow him to relax or relieve any frustration. There are small pieces so not recommended if you have children under 5 years old.
