Review on 💪 Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - 256GB, 16GB RAM, Intel Core i7e: Powerful Performance for Productivity by Matthew Aiono

DO NOT BUY SURFACE PRO 4! My screen is starting to buckle and separate from the bezel resulting in screen discoloration. I researched this issue and it turns out that this happens to thousands of people. The battery causes it to swell and the pressure tears the Pro 4's surface in half. I just contacted Microsoft and they said I have two options: 1. I can pay $500 for a replacement (same generation so it will happen again) or 2. I can just buy one of their new products and your losses limit. They also told me it was a security risk as the laptop could catch fire when I was using it. I'm in college and need to use it for my studies, so now every day I live in fear of my laptop exploding until I can afford to buy something else. The warranty lasts 3 years, that is if the screen starts to discolor when pressed (my problem only appeared after 3 years). I spent $2,000 on this Surface product and am amazed that Microsoft would sweep such a premium product under the rug with a dangerous problem. There is a class action lawsuit community online that I contact. I will not buy another Microsoft product.
