I bought one of these cases direct from Hamilton Beach about a year ago. Absolute rubbish! It was made of thin, plastic-like fabric that I knew wouldn't last long, and of course it didn't. I tried to trade it and they just gave me a lot of heartache. I never bothered to dispute it on my credit card. Then I saw this one and it looked very different from what I had bought before so I bought it. It has arrived and it doesn't look like the last one. I mentioned all this about my previous purchase in case anyone sees the old one and mistakes it for the new one. I think this new product will last, although I'm a bit skeptical given my experience with their latest product and their reluctance to endorse it. That is the reason for the four stars. After some use I will come back and update my score accordingly.
