Poor tolerances and difficulty maintaining settings

TLDR: You will need an "ANEX Ultra Low Profile Ratchet Screwdriver" instead. ANEX may be twice the size, but it actually looks like a real instrument. I used a couple of those low profile, rectangular ratchet screwdrivers to mount a couple of fans on my desktop computer and found this Neiko tool far worse. Put a hand to steady the screwdriver and place the bit on the screw. This causes the screwdriver to accidentally switch from a clockwise setting to a counter-clockwise setting, and using a screwdriver is really frustrating. Second, it creates a very weak feel in the ratchet and it doesn't seem to close very well. The ratchet gear is not fixed very well in the screwdriver body, and the bit moves about twice as much as a similar ANEX tool. Overall, this Neiko tool looks like a cheap reverse engineered copy. It's one of those tools that end up at the end of a toolbox or gifted to goodwill for months.
