Review on Workmate by Rick Rogers

The ability for us (the employer) to have an app that can be installed directly onto employees personal phones allowing them access all day long without being required as well as other users such as managers or supervisors is great! It's easy to get up & running & allows our staff greater flexibility by working when they are available rather than just relying off set schedules. Not much so far - everything works smoothly thoughout out process. We've had some issues at times having it run slow occasionally which I'm sure was because we were too busy during certain work periods & couldn't dedicate enough resources until those hours passed over again. This helps ensure that you're able to keep your current team engaged & productive throughout each week / month etc., providing more consistency across shifts/days within this time frame.
