I like that they are able to help you understand your business processes, and how those can be improved for better results. They also have good experience with complex systems such as SAP ERP. The staff is very friendly and professional; it's always nice when people know what they're talking about! It was difficult at first to get them up to speed on our needs but once we did, everything went smoothly. We were looking for someone who could provide us with an unbiased opinion of our current system and give recommendations for improvement. ACG helped us identify areas where things needed to change and gave suggestions for best practices and tools available from other vendors.
