Defective design on my review.

I bought this, and the electrical connection from external handle to the room handle easily snapped off. Thinking this was a fluke, I ordered a replacement. SAME THING on the replacement.I found a similar product by another company and it was designed correctly and was MUCH easier to install and connect. This one is complete trash.
