For the most part, this AP is great. It was very easy to set up and worked practically out of the box. I connected it to a Juniper switch and a PFSense router. That being said, I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that it requires a constant connection to AWS for it to work. Basically, if your internet connection drops or AWS crashes, your WiFi won't work because the hotspot goes into an error state. Had I known about this, I might have really thought about not getting this AP. If you're happy with the connection to AWS, this thing works great. I hope there will be a self-hosting option in the future.
