First remove the rubber from the hard plastic top case. You do not need to remove the screws at this point. Next, locate the bag of screws (there are a few extra screws included that will come in handy) and a square foam adhesive pad inside the device cavity. Insert the HDD/SSD into the rubber case where there is less rubber on both sides. This slot fits the drive perfectly into the drive seat. This is a dry run, you will then place a square of foam rubber under and over the disc in a conspicuous place. Now install the drive and then CHECK that your drive is recognized by your computer before screwing the cover back on. The six screws are easy to install with the small screwdriver provided. Be sure to squeeze the hard shell pieces together to compress the rubber pad and ensure a snug fit. That's all. Enjoy.
