Review on 🐠 Lominie Full Spectrum LED Aquarium Light for Saltwater and Freshwater Coral, Reef, Planted Nano Tanks by Nataly Collins

I am using the second unit. The first one looked like it was a return (not a new one) which at least got me confused by someone. But my successor had the same problem. So I took good screws from both blocks. My second fan unit was 8dB louder (using a random iOS app) than the first. Which is MUCH louder. If I got the 2nd block first I would just return it and give this fixture 2 stars. Also NO REMOTE CONTROL. In retrospect, I should have been more careful. Looks like the SALT version has a remote control. But since this review was about the remote control, I gave it 1 star for that. But I'm very happy with the lighting. The gooseneck mount is solid. I had to switch to these lights from my Twinstar because my custom tank was built incorrectly. I didn't want to spend money on Kessil for this build. I think quality issues aside, this light was a great deal for the money. I may have to consider getting a remote kit in the future. If you're having trouble, switch to a different device before giving up. This is annoying, but worth the money for a good device.
