I love that you can go back in time if there are mistakes or omissions! It also lets me know when someone else has made changes without my knowledge which saves so much work later down -the- road!! Also great customer service from Jennifer at this firm as well. The only thing about preferred transcripts i dislike would be how long it takes them sometimes due their size but they do have some really good benefits too such being able get all kinds off transcriptions done quickly (medical) etc.. The program has great features that are easy-to use by my clients who don't have experience with computers or typing out documents themselves! I love how it can be used as an online platform too so there isn’t really anything i dislike about this software - its definitely worth checking into if you need reliable document completion/typing service at affordable prices. It saves me time in transcribing client files because they do all their own work from home (which allows them more freedom).
