Preferred makes life easier for many medical fields

I love that you can go back in time if there are mistakes or omissions! It also lets me know when someone else has made changes without my knowledge which saves so much work later down -the- road!! Also great customer service from Jennifer at this firm as well. The only thing about preferred transcripts i dislike would be how long it takes them sometimes due their size but they do have some really good benefits too such being able get all kinds off transcriptions done quickly (medical) etc..…

Very Pleased With Service Provided By This Company

I enjoyed working with them because they were always friendly in person or over email! They are very efficient when it comes to getting things done quickly without skipping details/getting errors. The only thing that i disliked was their price structure as compared my other transcribers. We used preferred transcripts many years ago now but found another option so we decided not to continue using PTR anymore. Great alternative option compared many others available

The customer service team at PTA has always been very responsive with my questions or concerns I may have throughout our relationship. They are also quick to respond when there is an issue that requires immediate attention which makes them stand out in such a competitive market! While using this software we were able to transcribe medical records and patient intake forms from multiple facilities into one central location so it was much easier than having to file those documents separately…

Great Customer Service, Quick TAT for corrections

I love that we have access 24/7 with our accounts manager who can answer all of my questions immediately! The turnaround time from initial request through final delivery has been very quick which makes it easy when you need something as soon as possible (i am working in an emergency department). There are times where there does not seem much improvement after submitting another transcript or correction but this could be due more so than what i'm doing wrong here? Just keep at it - they will get
