The customer service team at PTA has always been very responsive with my questions or concerns I may have throughout our relationship.

They are also quick to respond when there is an issue that requires immediate attention which makes them stand out in such a competitive market! While using this software we were able to transcribe medical records and patient intake forms from multiple facilities into one central location so it was much easier than having to file those documents separately. This saved us time as well which helped improve productivity for all parties involved. It would be useful if they had some sort of way to track where each document went after its filed but other than that the product works great and meets our requirements.
