Review on Preferred Transcriptions by Cesar Danger

I enjoyed working with them because they were always friendly in person or over email! They are very efficient when it comes to getting things done quickly without skipping details/getting errors. The only thing that i disliked was their price structure as compared my other transcribers. We used preferred transcripts many years ago now but found another option so we decided not to continue using PTR anymore. It took longer than expected since our project involved numerous clients who had multiple files needing different types of transcriptions performed (ie- legal documents). The customer service is great. The turnaround time is also very quick. I have not had an issue with Preferred Transcriptions. I would highly recommend Preferred Transcriptions. I have used other transcription companies in the past and they were very slow and did not have the turnaround time that Preferred Transcriptions does. I have used Preferred Transcriptions for several years now and have been very pleased with the service.
