I don't use it for gaming but it's very comfortable and it's the second mouse pad I've bought in almost 15 years. I clicked the first one while leaning on it, so it wasn't due to poor quality work. I use a gaming chair with wider armrests than my previous chair so I used the three zip ties that came with it. I recommend it for general computing use with a wireless mouse.
