As described. Works perfectly. I wish the armrest straps were done a little differently, but my chair has thin armrests. I had to twist them a bit to get them tight enough but I was able to get it to work. Very convenient. Received it a few days ago so can't say if it will hold up over time but seems solid enough.

The armrest is quite easy to assemble and has the perfect position and size for my needs. The only downside is that the zip ties for the thicker armrests (which I have) are a little unsightly as they are clear plastic and tend to be eye catching. But it was a great purchase and the armrest has been in constant use since I got it.

I don't use it for gaming but it's very comfortable and it's the second mouse pad I've bought in almost 15 years. I clicked the first one while leaning on it, so it wasn't due to poor quality work. I use a gaming chair with wider armrests than my previous chair so I used the three zip ties that came with it. I recommend it for general computing use with a wireless mouse.

I received a used product, the product packaging was torn and the desk mount was missing. The palm rest was scratched and torn from the platform. For $40 I could get AT LEAST NEW! There were only 2 of the 3 promised zippers and yes the velcro straps are too short so I could use 3. Since I wanted to choose where to mount these (desk or chair arm) I'll probably be returning them. Quite a long wait for delivery of this useless damaged item.

By itself, this product is very inconvenient. Leaning on it for more than 30 seconds hurts. With the help of the sticky foam padding, I was able to get quite comfortable. To modify it I used a box cutter to cut out the tiny layer of foam that this product comes with and replaced it with 1/2 foam that I purchased from another seller. 1/2 inch is almost the same height as the wrist pad so you can use 1/4 foam. My new keyboard took up too much shelf space and left very little room for the mouse. That's the only reason I got it and I'm glad I did! so far it has been great! and the padded palm rest is very comfortable! The only downside I have with this product is that I would like the end that the mouse sits on to be a bit thicker/sturdier.
