Purchased to replace several bathroom aerators throughout the home, all Moen faucets. My water has a lot of calcium in it so eventually the holes get clogged and then you need a pair of pliers to get them out. In any case, the calcified chrome will be damaged. So instead of taking it off and soaking it in muriatic acid, just buy new ones. They're pretty cheap and work really well in Moena. There are 8 of these in the pack, with good seals. Apply some silicone grease to the threads, screw into the faucet and you're done. The water flow is nice and direct, more than enough flow for any bathroom faucet. Highly recommended. They even have flats that can be used with an open-end wrench! There is no need to leave tooth marks when removed in the future.
