Review on Couple by Ray Cole

I liked how we were able to stay connected with each other through the entire process. The communication throughout the project was great. They were always available and responsive. There were times when it took a bit of time to figure out how many hours it actually took to create an item. Sometimes it felt like the scope of the project exceeded what they could actually complete (which is understandable). It would have been nice if we received some estimates or quotes before hand so that there wasn't any guesswork regarding costs. This ended up being a relatively small one-time project but I would definitely consider working with them again in the future. I think that working with them could help us make decisions faster, which will save us money. The team is very knowledgeable with what they do - I have not found anything so far where there were any issues or concerns when working together! They are always willing & eager (and able!) whenever we need them!! Nothing at all really? But then again nothing comes straight out of their mouths either haha So everything has been great :). It can sometimes feel like you're just "winging it" but after awhile things get easier :).
