This tape splits and tears easily so if you're looking for a long strip of tape, you have to unrol it very carefully. Also, the blue is darker than most blue painters tape so writing doesn't show up on it as visibly as I would have liked.

Tears off in strips instead of full width and did not stay on the wall. Don't cheap out, get name brand. Thanks for attention.

I use this tape in different sizes for working on guitars ( fret work ) Also bought a dispenser that holds sever sizes at one time. This combination works well and the tape is excellent for this purpose. Will be buying again.

Product is cheap and rips apart. I use it for labeling so it's not too bad. However, for painting, this product will not be good enough to use.

Used this tape to try to paint the framing of my deck. It is a big deck so, I spent all day taping and was going to paint the next morning. Got up to find that most of the tape was hanging down like streamers. I was extra careful to make sure that the tape was pressed down all the way so to try to stop it from doing what it did. Given that the price difference between this and the more expensive brands is not too much, I was let down by the adhesion that this product has. Furthermore, the tape would occasionally just tear apart while pulling indicting poor overall material.

It is a very low quality, it cuts just when you take it off th roll due to the low quality. Sticks fine but not good. Not thinking of buy it again, for sure will search for a better one

I didnt have any problems with adhesion. But its cheap quality so I think it would probably have paint bleeding. The tape may not provide enough coverage for larger painting projects.

Creating canvas art. There was a lot of bleed through no matter how I tried to tac the tape securely. Lots of wasted time repairing and repainting.

I found this just as effective as the more expensive tape. I use this for watercolor painting and sandwiching quilts. thumbs up.

Tape is actually too sticky. It rips into pieces coming off the roll then stuck so well to my trim that it pulled that paint off.

We tried this to protect car paint while restoring headlights, and the paper stuck to the bumper, had to scrape off. Thanks for attention.

As a painter I'm always looking for new product lines. to try out. At a little over thee bucks a roll it's a good price for a small quantity. It has to be pressed and rubbed more than most in order for it to stick but once it's on it holds fairly well. On a smooth surface there was some minor bleeding so it won't leave a good line anywhere at all . It has a tendency to tear and shred during removal which is annoying and takes longer than it should. Does what you need. Sticks to where you want, protects areas you wish to not paint, mainly very tight spots one needs to control. Then when complete it removes properly without over sticking or left over residue. However I wish they would sell this product by the dozen or case with the1.5 inch tape

This product does dot stay in place. lacking adhesive quality. It falls off or peels up without any reason whatsoever even on washed and dryed surfaces.

I bought this set because it was a great value. If you want maximum adhesion, you have to clean the surface of any powder and/or residue. I painted my apartment so this did the job. I did not have any paint leakage and the lines were very clean. It came off easily and overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have a paper chewing parrot. she reaches through the cage floor and shreds her papers. this holds them down and peels off the metal when I need to clean her

Only been through the first role of the three pack but I waisted the first 15 feet just trying to get a long enough piece to work with. Tape seems to be thin and fragile for this painter.

For the most part this worked as good as any blue painters tape. The only issue I had was in trying to separate the rolls from each other . . that was a chore, but I did get one separated.
