Decent body. I think the size is right. I wear medium for most items. This medium-sized jacket offers plenty of space for underwear. A little baggy in the hands. The sleeves are a bit long but bearable. Keep in mind that this is not an insulated jacket and is by no means warm. I would say it gets cold below 60 degrees without extra layers. I bought them as a softshell for snowboarding. Columbia's heavy to medium heat resistant base layer lets you stay comfortable in the 40-40 range while still being active and light.
